"Bought two high quality scooters from them, one Honda and one Yamaha. They were willing to match prices and had the color and models we wanted. Good people and nice store with real service.
Don''t make the mistake of buying any motor scooter or bike from the web or some little local shop. These machines need service and support and Honda and Yamaha do that the best.

Yamaha Vino 125 is retro and more like a Vespa than Vespa - at half the price. "

"Hello All! I really wanted to let the staff know, YAL ROCK!! I called NCHM to find out where they were bc my friend said we needed to go there to get me a helmet. (First time rider/ZERO motorcycle knowledge) I didnt think it mattered where we went UNTIL i called. I spoke to CAREY who was AWESOME! She was friendly and totally made me feel like she knew me. As soon as we arrived, she was @ the front desk and set us up with Lou (in parts?) to help me pick out what i needed. Lou kindly introduced himself and totally made me feel welcome. He THOROUGHLY explained to me what was important in choosing a helmet. We tried a few on and finally chose one. Lou was GREAT!!! What a nice and helpful man. We got a slammin deal too!! At the end, he encouraged us to visit him again and passed on his card. The cashier rang us up, who was polite as well. I have to tell you... FROM A-Z, NCHM kicks a**! I am so impressed by the customer service and overall experience. I will be returning to NCHM as I build up the things I need, then eventually the purchase of my own bike. THANK YOU SO MUCH NCHM. I also bring all of my bikes in for service to these guys, and they actually give me an excellent deal on the cost. They even gave my buddy, Eddie, a good discount on the initial service for his R1, just for mentioning that I recommended this place to him personally and that I am a loyal customer. They looked up my info, and BAM!!!, $60 off...sick huh?"

"In Yuma, I don't have a wide selection of motorcycle-related shops to visit, so I make the most of the opportunity when traveling. I'm in the Camp Pendleton area this week so I took the opportunity today to visit two stores last evening. NC House of Motorcycles was one of those stores and I was very pleased with the reception and my shopping experience.
Ashley S. pleasantly offered to watch my motorcycle helmet so that I wouldn't have to carry the helmet while I was shopping but I am specifically writing today with praise for Mario Navarrete for his assistance. Though I was only bought two items, Mario's helpful attitude, courtesy, and understanding during my purchase has made NC House of Motorcycles a store that I would not only visit again, but would recommend on personal experience to others looking for parts or apparel. Presuming your sales department is just as helpful as Mario was to me I have hopes that anyone stopping by looking for a motorcycle on my recommendation will also have an excellent experience.

"I was in the market for a 2007 Honda Goldwing and had gone to a local dealership in the Temecula/Murrieta area. I was unpleased to say the least with their salesmen and customer service. Then I located North County House of Motorcycles and spoke with Mike Laub.
He assured me of the deal I was after, located the bike and had it there within a few hours. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all, with my Wing and a completely satisfied feeling received from not only Mike, but from everyone else, including the desk Manager, fianance and Mario is parts who made the special ordering of my custom helmets a breeze! I look forward to the 55 mile one way drive there to have their service department service my Wing, and will return for any and all accessories I need. This place is highly recomended by me to all to experience for themselves!

"I walked in to Motopro (at the time) to try to see about getting a used Yamaha R1. I was met by Dave and he informed me that they didn't have used R1's available. My whole intention to go to Motopro was to get an R1. Dave showed me their selections of brand new R1's. I quickly caught a glanced of the Limited Edition R1. I wanted it, but when I saw the price, I was bummed out. I loved the way the bike looked and was saddened by the fact that I could not afford the bike. Then Dave pointed at a 50th Anniversary, Special Edition R1, and I was hooked. My wife and I looked at each other and were in love with the Bike. Dave went ahead and tried to see if we can get the paperwork started. Upon getting approval, Dave hooked us up with gear and also military vest so i can ride the bike on base. My experience with Motopro was excellent and way beyond what I was expecting. All the customer service my wife and I received from the people of Motopro was outstanding. Service and Parts departments were excellent as well. All in all, I have recommended North County's House of Motorcycle (formerly Motopro) to some of my buddies that were interested in buying a motorcycle. Thanks Guys."

" I bought myself a new bike down at House of Motorcycles back in July 2003 when I returned from Iraq. The entire experience couldn't have been better from sales, financing, to service! I live in Vista. Even though it was a commute for me to make it down there for service, it was worth it because of the outstanding service and integrity of thier mechanics. Upon my last visit, I was told that Motopro of Oceanside was their "sister shop."
Because of the distance, I reported to Motopro for my next service and have gone back there every since. This shop was a clone in every positive way. I traded my Streetbike in for a Waverunner for the family last summer. Again, the whole scenario was a "cake-walk!"
Needless to say, I have spent many days in and out of these shops. Combining the two into a superstore is an awesome idea!
There are two words I can use to describe both shops which are now one..."Truly Professional!" It's obvious that they realize their biggest commodity, is a satisfied customer. Putting these two shops together in one building is genius! And, it is now just a few blocks away from my house. I want to cry like a lil' girl!!!
